The Iranian Revolutionary Guard confirmed on Monday that Israel will pay the price for the assassination of an advisor
Veteran military personnel in Syria.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard explained in a statement: “Hours ago, Major General Sayed Radhi al-Moussawi, one of the senior advisors in the Revolutionary Guard, was martyred by a barbaric Israeli bombing in Syria.”
He added: “The martyr was one of the lieutenants of the martyr Hajj Qassem Soleimani and was responsible for logistical support for the Resistance Front in Syria.”
He added: “We offer our condolences and blessings to the martyr’s family and all the leaders and soldiers of the resistance, and we affirm that the Zionist entity will pay the price for this crime.”
Earlier today, Iranian media reported the death of the prominent military commander in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Radhi Mousavi, as a result of an Israeli bombing that targeted the Sayyida Zeinab area in Damascus.
Tasnim International News Agency reported, “During the Zionist aggression that targeted the Zainabiyah area a few hours ago on the outskirts of the capital, Damascus, Sayyed Radhi Mousavi, one of the senior advisors to the Revolutionary Guards in Syria, was martyred.”
