If Quincy Promes wasn’t a famous top footballer, he would almost likely be extradited to the Netherlands. He is currently not allowed to leave the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Why don’t we catch him when the Netherlands is looking for him in a serious criminal case and we have a brand new extradition treaty with the UAE?
