In de Verenigde Staten zijn mogelijk twee doden gevallen doordat een medisch kastje van Philips niet reageerde op ernstige hartproblemen. Meer dan honderd andere patiënten liepen verwondingen op door de haperende medische pleister, blijkt uit een melding van zorgwaakhond FDA.
