
France is heading into a second and final round of voting on July 7 after the far right came out ahead in the first round of legislative elections on Sunday. The result has sent centrist and leftist parties scrambling to keep the far right from securing a majority. In our Science segment, we take a look at the health proposals of the three political forces present in the runoff – the far-right National Rally, the leftist New Popular Front alliance and the centrist presidential camp.
