
The football transfer window is entering its final hours. After a lot of last-minute negotiations, Manchester City are reported to have reached an agreement with Chelsea to sign Argentinian midfielder Enzo Fernandez for 125 million pounds – the biggest fee in a 3.3 billion euro spending frenzy by the top clubs. Meanwhile Aston Villa have signed 18-year-old winger Ibrahim Mbaye from PSG for 55 million euros.
