The Federal Police Command announced today, Sunday, the seizure of a Katyusha rocket body and 11 hand grenades during a search operation east of Baghdad.
The command stated in a statement received by Al-Rasheed, that “the Fifth Federal Police Division units carried out security operations in the Al-Saada area east of the capital, Baghdad, by searching residential homes and abandoned lands.”
She added, “The operations resulted in the seizure of (the body of a Katyusha rocket in addition to 11 different grenades), which were properly handed over to the competent authorities.”
