
Israel will increase humanitarian access to Gaza under a new deal with the European Union, EU foreign affairs chief Kaja Kallas said on Thursday. The move comes as Gaza’s civil defence agency said at least 52 people, including eight children, were killed by Israeli forces in the Palestinian territory.
