Baghdad / Nina/ The Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, met at the Ministry’s headquarters with the new Governor of Baghdad, Abdul Muttalib Al-Alawi, and the Minister congratulated his guest on assuming the position of Governor of Baghdad.
According to a statement from his office, the Minister stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation in order to serve the people of the capital, noting that stable security reflects positively on reconstruction and investment that serves the citizen.
For his part, the governor praised the efforts of the Ministry of Interior to enhance security and stability in Baghdad, as well as the clear development in the services provided by the Ministry through the relevant departments./End 9
