Dutch Lionesses leapfrog China partly thanks to Brutt’s world goal: ‘In category: off the pitch’

The Orange Lions took a while to get going on Friday night at Het Kasteel, but national coach Andris Tolerant’s side eventually beat China 4-1. It was a third consecutive practice win, following record wins over Indonesia (15-0) and an away win over Denmark (2-1), thanks in part to Wieke Kaptein ’s first international goal and a wonderful goal from Esmee Brugts.
