De term is er al jaren: de sjoemelsigaret. De filtersigaret van de tabaksindustrie waarmee rokers meer schadelijke stoffen binnenkrijgen dan is toegestaan. Vier jaar geleden leek het erop dat de Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit moest gaan handhaven op gewone sigaretten zoals die te koop zijn. Maar het Europees Hof van Justitie steekt daar nu toch een stokje voor.
