
The 15th edition of the Dakar Biennial of Contemporary Art was officially inaugurated this Thursday. Initially scheduled for last May, it had been postponed for budgetary reasons. This year’s “IN” exhibition features some 70 artists from Africa and the diaspora. FRANCE 24 correspondent in Dakar Caitlin Kelly visited the exhibition site in the capital’s old courthouse. With S.
