She’s becoming the voice of a generation: singer, comedian, podcaster, poet and actress. A self-proclaimed, self-obsessed millennial, Catherine Cohen puts the concerns of her peers to music in comedy clubs in New York City and beyond, saying the outrageous things we think but never say out loud. Her stand-up show “The Twist…? She’s Gorgeous” won best newcomer prize at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2019 and was made into a Netflix show. Catherine Cohen speaks to Eve Jackson about her new show “Come for Me”, which is on at the Apollo in Paris as part of a European and North American tour.
