The Border Forces Command mourned the martyr Colonel Ali Hamid Abdul Dabi, the commander of the 10th Border Brigade in the Third Region.
The command stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), “The Border Forces Command mourns the martyred hero, Colonel Ali Hamid Abdul-Dabi, the commander of the 10th Border Brigade in the Third Region, who was martyred as a result of a treacherous assassination carried out by criminal gangs while he was performing his sacred duty to protect Iraq’s borders from infiltration and smuggling.”
She added, “The martyr contributed with his brothers, the heroes of the Border Forces Command, to work to confront all cases of infiltration and smuggling and prevent the entry of drugs into the country within their area of responsibility. May God have mercy on the martyred hero and inspire his family and loved ones with patience and solace.”
