The England No.8 publicly apologized after being fined €240 (£205) by a fast-track trial for refusing to leave a bar in Parma in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Saracens have warned Vunipola, who was tasered twice by Spanish police, over his behavior but the Rugby Football Union could still bring misconduct charges against him.

“That’s why I stopped, the reason I drank last weekend was because it was my last trip with the kids and I wanted to really enjoy it. But obviously I went too far.
“I’ve been at the club for 11 years and I always do stupid things but they always seem to forgive me and accept me for who I am. I think that’s because they know I have these things in my personality, which is rejection and Rebellious.
Vunipola insists he does not remember calling the police after security asked him to leave the Epic Bar after taking off his shirt, and denies any threatening behavior towards other revelers.
The 20-stone striker said a police officer accidentally caused minor injuries when he struggled with zip ties on his hands. Video footage shows him standing unaffected by the first Taser shot, but collapsing after the second.
