The Baghdad Al-Karkh Police Command announced today, Wednesday, the arrest of a suspect who killed a man and a woman south of the capital.
The command stated, in a statement received by “Al-Rasheed”, that “after receiving information through the central control that there was an incident in which two people (a man and a woman) were killed by an unknown person by shooting them within the Al-Bayaa area, Al-Turath neighborhood, the Baghdad Al-Karkh Police Command began forming a work team.” As a result of the rapid movement towards the scene of the accident.”
She added, “By monitoring the cameras, the accused was located and his vehicle and the weapon used in the incident, a pistol, were seized by the rescue patrols and the patrols of the 4th Baghdad Emergency Regiment within the Doura area, and he was handed over to the Al-Bayaa Center to take legal measures against him.”
