Three people were killed Monday afternoon in a shooting outside a Target store, and the suspect was arrested after stealing a car and fleeing the scene in Austin, Texas, police said.Police responded to a shooting call at 2:15 p.m., and officers found three people who had been shot in the parking lot, Austin Police Chief Lisa Davis said.The shooting happened outside the store, the chief said. A Montana man accused of fatally shooting four people at a bar has been captured after a weeklong manhunt, authorities said Friday.
