A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration from revoking Harvard University’s ability to enroll or keep its international students. U.S. District Judge Allison D. Burroughs granted the temporary restraining order after the Department of Homeland Security on Thursday terminated the university’s international student certification. Ten inmates escaped from the Orleans Parish Justice Center in New Orleans with the help of people “inside of our department,” the sheriff said Friday.
