These talks aim to restore the Gaza ceasefire, which collapsed three weeks ago when Israel resumed airstrikes on the enclave. The recent attacks have claimed the lives of hundreds of Palestinians, with dozens more killed in the past 24 hours alone. According to UNICEF, at least 100 children are being killed or injured every day amid the ongoing violence. Siobhan Silke reports.
