Police in the United Kingdom on Saturday arrested a man in connection with the deaths of two men whose remains were found in two suitcases, authorities said. The 34-year-old was detained in the early hours in the Bristol area of western England, the same city where the crimes took place. A Pakistani court on Saturday acquitted former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife of charges of illegal marriage, his lawyer Naeem Panjutha said. Pakistan and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have reached a three-year, $7 billion (€6.4 billion) aid package deal after an emergency loan in the summer of 2023 saved it from a sovereign debt default amid multiple challenges.
