A large-scale manhunt is underway in France after armed men attacked a prison van at a toll booth in Rouen, Normandy on Tuesday. Two officers were killed, several more were injured, and prisoner Mohamed Amra escaped in the ambush. The 30-year-old, known as “The Fly”, is a convicted burglar and a suspect in a Marseille kidnapping case.
