Police in France have arrested a 26-year-old Russian-Ukrainian man on suspicion of trying to make explosives and planning a violent act.The man was badly burned after an explosion on Tuesday in a hotel room in Roissy-en-France, near Paris’s Charles de Gaulle airport.
