Youssef Salman: In conjunction with the activities of International Women’s Day, the capital, Baghdad, hosted the Women’s Day dialogue sessions entitled “Women… Work and Influence,” which were organized by the Laylan Foundation for Democracy in partnership with the Excellence Foundation for Young Entrepreneurs, the Tamkeen Organization for Development, and the Dr. Cube Platform. For Education and Development,” in the presence of governmental and parliamentary figures, representatives of diplomatic missions, international organizations, civil institutions concerned with women, and active community figures.
The Prime Minister’s Advisor for Women’s Affairs, Ela Talabani, said in a statement to the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency: Nina /, “These dialogue sessions focused on two main axes, the first of which is “entrepreneurship” because there are creative women who need to highlight their abilities and support their work.”

The dialogue sessions included an introductory seminar on the business strategies of the partner institutions, then a special session entitled “Women, Economy and Entrepreneurship”, with the participation of female entrepreneurs “Dalia Al-Abdali, trainer Reem Al-Abdali, international fashion designer Jinan Ahmed and pharmacist Reem Sami”, in addition to another dialogue session entitled “ “Women and content creation,” with the participation of “content creator Shams Talaat, Cube platform representative Sarah Al-Rubaie, and legal professional Nawal Fajjah.” Another group of women entrepreneurs and content creators was also honored in appreciation of their role and creative achievement./End 5
