A statement from his media office said that Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani received, this evening, Monday, a delegation from the Iraqi Teachers Syndicate headed by the Head of the Teachers Syndicate, Mr. Uday Al-Issawi.
According to the statement, at the beginning of the meeting, Al-Sudani congratulated the president of the union and members of the union council on the occasion of their election to membership in the union council.
Al-Sudani pointed out the importance of the union in developing the education sectors and strengthening the relationship and cooperation with the Ministry of Education, stressing the need for workers in the union to take the initiative to support building the state.
