Baghdad/ NinaPrime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani confirmed that the government has given priority to completing lagging projects and solving all the problems that hinder their implementation, especially lagging hospitals or new hospitals and the matters they require regarding treatment and medical equipment supplies.
A statement from his media office said that Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, this afternoon, Monday, visited the site of the Internal Security Forces Hospital project in the Al-Bab Al-Sharqi area in Baghdad, (one of the lagging projects), and followed the progress of work on it and the progress of its completion.
According to the statement, the Prime Minister conducted a tour inside the hospital building and inquired from those responsible for the treatment and electricity plants and the connection channels for water drainage.
During a field tour at the site, the Prime Minister confirmed that the government gave priority to completing lagging projects and solving all the problems that hinder their implementation, especially lagging hospitals or new hospitals and the matters they require regarding treatment and medical equipment supplies.
He pointed out that the government will begin a new experiment that will be implemented for the first time in Iraq, which is contracting with health institutions specialized in the management and operation of hospitals, according to the latest findings of medical services, to manage 6 modern hospitals in several governorates.
Al-Sudani stressed that members of the Internal Security Forces must be given special attention and provided with the best conditions for them, noting that operating this lagging hospital will save the costs of sending members of our security forces for treatment abroad./End 2
