The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, after his meetings and inquiries from the officers and ranks, directed that all combat, technical and administrative requirements be secured, and that full attention be paid to the heroes from the officers and ranks and all elements of the units holding the points, and to meet their needs and everything related to their rights, in order to enhance the high morale enjoyed by the members of our armed forces.
