Today, Sunday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani chaired the second meeting of the Board of Directors of the Iraq Fund for Development.
The Prime Minister’s Media Office stated, in a statement received by Al-Rasheed, that “Al-Sudani chaired a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Iraq Fund for Development, which is the second meeting within a month, to discuss investment opportunities for the construction of school buildings in the capital, Baghdad, and the rest of the governorates, and what this file constitutes.” It is of great importance to the government, and the priorities of its program necessitate accelerating its implementation.”
He added, “The meeting, which was attended by the Minister of Education, witnessed a discussion of the legal and technical standards for signing contracts with investors, which include the specifications of engineering designs and the necessity of their compatibility with the atmosphere of Iraq, and their meeting environmental requirements, in addition to architectural and aesthetic standards, building specifications, time limits, and implementation precedences, according to Needs and better geographical distribution.”
