The Media Department of the House of Representatives said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), “The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives opens the door for nominations for the position of Speaker of the House.”

– Shaalan Al-Karim
– Talal Al-Zubaie
– Abdul Rahim Al-Shammari (withdrawal request submitted)
