A security source reported today, Thursday, that a vehicle caught fire as a result of a fuel tank explosion on Abu Nawas Street in central Baghdad.
The source told Al-Rasheed, “A fire broke out in a ‘Coaster’ vehicle as a result of a fuel tank explosion due to an electrical short circuit on Abu Nawas Street in the Karrada area in central Baghdad.”
He added, “Civil Defense teams arrived at the scene of the accident and were able to extinguish the fire, without any significant injuries.”
