
One of France’s biggest movie star Alain Delon has died at 88, his three children said on Sunday. With a career spanning six decades during which he played in iconic pictures such as La Piscine and Le Samouraï, Delon won numerous film prizes including the César Award and the Palme d’Or among others. Delon was also a controversial figure as he was accused of sexual assault by actresses and openly displayed his support for far-right party Front National.
