Today, Saturday, the Rusafa Police Command announced the seizure of a gambling hall and the arrest of 20 people inside it in the Al-Baladiyat area, east of Baghdad.
The command stated in a statement received by Al-Rasheed that “its detachments, in cooperation with other security agencies, carried out a wide campaign to search for suspicious and unlicensed places in the municipalities area east of the capital.”
She added, “A hall used for gambling and illegal activities was seized, along with all its contents, and 20 suspects were arrested inside the hall and placed in detention to complete the legal procedures against them.”
