Baghdad / Nina/ Today, Thursday, a force from the Eighth Brigade within the Baghdad Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization Forces expanded its deployment south of the capital to secure the Rajabi visit.
A statement by the Popular Mobilization Forces stated: “The force deployed along the road from the Doura/Sari’ Muhammad al-Qasim direction, to Al-Zafaraniya in the Rusafa sector, southwest of the capital, in coordination with the security forces.”
He added: “The deployment process included following up and monitoring the movement of visitors, vehicles, and procession services, monitoring every suspicious or suspicious event, and dealing with it immediately with the aim of enhancing security and preventing anything disturbing the atmosphere of the million-person visit.”/End 9
