An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale struck the city of Malatya in southern Türkiye.
Anadolu Agency quoted the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) as saying in a statement: “The earthquake struck the Yesilyurt district of Malatya in the south of the country and was at a depth of 14.27 kilometers below the surface of the earth.”
Disaster and Emergency Management Authority officials said there were no reports of casualties or property damage in the city as a result of the quake.
