Today, Wednesday, the Salah al-Din Criminal Court issued 12 rulings against four convicts for the crime of harming public funds.
The Supreme Judicial Council stated in a statement received by Al-Rasheed, “The court issued these rulings against those convicted of simple imprisonment for a period of six months for each ruling for the crime of waste and overpricing after they implemented projects of iron minarets for mosques throughout Salah al-Din Governorate.”
He added, “These rulings were issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 340 of the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 and in accordance with Articles 47, 48, and 49 of Subscription.”
